The yard row is access, not a courtesy. A fleet of eight work trucks with no yard row on the record becomes a second call. True repeats the yard row back and leaves it on the DispatchNode job. The next person on the route should not have to rediscover it. A company can pass the request. The yard row stays on the ticket for the company that claims it.
